| An up and coming band that I have a close connection with is SafetySuit. There first single was "Someone Like You" and there current single is called "Stay." They are alternative rock band that somewhat sound like Lifehouse. There debut album is called Life Left to Go, and I love it. I would recommend it to anyone. My fav song of theirs is called "Annie," and it should be coming out on alternative stations fairly soon. Download some of their stuff and let me know your thoughts, good or bad.
I'm in a bit of a techno kick right now and I'm a huge fan of Ferry Corsten, great stuff. Love listening to Portishead when I just want to relax a little, or have some fun if you know what I mean, listen to it and you'll understand, haha.

| Hi Everyone.
Since I have no life, you will see I did some editing of your posts. I added the songs you refer to, so we all can listen.
From now on, if you post a band or a song, post a video link so we can check it out. If you don't know how, just PM me and I'll be happy to do it for you.
Let's see how this works. The other one I made was a flop.
Peace y'all. |

| Godsmack - One of my all time favorite bands. My absolute favorite song from them is Re-Align. I get goose bumps from the song everytime I hear it. (Like a very famous Great Great Uncle of mine, I believe in reincarnation, this is what the song is about.)

| Hi, great topic Just looking at your recent post Matty, 'roll back the years', I think the best Creedence song would have to be Looking out my back door. Muse have an excellent cover of House of the Rising Sun. Rayman, Coldplay were good live , dont think I would buy any of their stuff tho... As we're posting links now, I thought I would mention my all time fav music videos, as a list of fav songs would just go on forever. I think there is something for everyone here: Korn Freak on a Leash https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTpz4uxYgxU Korn Right Now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gS5ZOJyN8B4 - Funny, weird, and a bit grose last Korn one, sorry, Falling Away from Me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Naxkbhxzp_E Chemical Brothers The Salmon Dance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXGC8nd0sEY&feature=related Fatboy Slim - Weapon of Choice https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZbckwYY9r4 - Great moves by Christopher Walken Crystal Waters - Destination Unknown https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZ3Ibp9LQPM&feature=related - One for the Boys and Girls ;-) 50 cent candy shop https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHKtyFPFTmo Beautiful Car, Women and 50 who is fit Blink 182 All the Small Things - cant find a vid SOAD Chop Suey https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jb6W-h5j3jM MM Tainted Love https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FoYmSKdDkW0 Limp Bizkit Break Stuff https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoVvfHx8uaE&feature=PlayList&p=3155E0FCA85A29B5&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=17 - Great Cameo's. | You guys have listed some great bands here Here's some great bands that most likely only few have heard of: Dust For Life - Their song "Step Into The Light" is so badass! Listen to it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyS6pB2-23c Temple of the Dog - This band is basically why we have today's Pearl Jam. It's Eddie Vedder singing background vocals for Chris Cornell. The musicians in the band, minus Chris, and Eddie got together after Temple of the Dog was done and formed Pearl Jam. We can also thank this band for Audioslave. Cornell says that if it wasn't for Temple of the Dog, he would have never opened his eyes to play with other musicians, therefor never forming Audioslave. My favorite songs by them are Pushin' Forward Back and Hungerstrike. You can listen to "Hungerstrike" here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjNjJR9jUGo Monster Magnet - They're the band that wrote the one-hit single "Space Lord". They are not given enough credit as they are all talented musicians. Another good song by them is "Eclipse This". You can listen to it here: http://tr.youtube.com/watch?v=-DgxBZ9SmdI Clutch - This band is only well known up north. There's not a song of theirs I don't like and they can put on a hell of a show. For a good first impression, I'd say to listen to "Electric Worry". You can check it here: http://tr.youtube.com/watch?v=kx6FV2qR2TY

My band recorded our album's vocal tracks using a microphone owned & used by CCR. Not to brag or anything... I won't mention all the instruments of stars we were allowed to use.
