When you register, you must validate your registration through the link sent to the email address you put down. Otherwise you won't have access to basic utilities like the chat feature.

If you a an OOS clan member, once you register, I can give you full access rights to the entire forums. If I haven't done it after a day or so, please shoot me a PM to remind me to do it.
